Abstract

The article deals with the playful element contributing to the development of childhood and adolescence. In the introduction, we approach the child's place in the school, who is this school and what is the profile of this child. In the construction of childhood we start from the antiquity in which children were seen as child adults and we approach the importance of the rights of children and adolescents and issues about racial diversity are also addressed. The article emphasizes that to achieve the development process It is important to emphasize that it goes through several phases: biological, psychic and social, in which they all reach each other complete and influence, as we are a mixture of many elements. Based on theorists who reinforce playfulness, the article presents the importance of playing and toys for the development of learning, and also provokes us to reflect on the educational context, above all, in the current scenario in which we are immersed.
