SOFTWARE DE GESTÃO DA INOVAÇÃO: UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA QUANTITATIVA DA LITERATURA.

A digitalização do processo de inovação é impulsionada pelo crescente desenvolvimento de ferramentas de comunicação, bem como pela oferta ampliada de software especializados que apoiam o desenvolvimento de produtos e métodos inovadores. O objetivo deste estudo foi identificar, classificar e analisar as principais soluções computacionais disponíveis para apoiar a gestão da inovação. Utilizando como metodologia a revisão sistemática quantitativa da literatura, foram coletados artigos de periódicos acadêmicos a partir de diferentes bases e, por meio de análises bibliométricas, realizada uma discussão aprofundada de tendências e lacunas no campo da automação da gestão da inovação. Os resultados evidenciam uma lacuna na produção científica que aborda a adoção, tipos e funcionalidades de software para esta finalidade, principalmente no espectro conceitual. De uma perspectiva teórica, este trabalho contribui evidenciando os procedimentos e práticas relacionados à inovação, ampliam pesquisas anteriores e destacam lacunas na literatura sugerindo futuras direções para pesquisas. Ao atingir estes objetivos, o estudo contribuirá para a melhor compreensão no desenvolvimento e aplicação de software de gestão da inovação, oferecendo valiosas e diferentes perspectivas para a indústria, inventores independentes, gestores governamentais e instituições de ciência e tecnologia.
