A CONTRIBUIÇÃO DOS DIREITOS DE PROPRIEDADE INTELECTUAL PARA APROPRIABILIDADE DA ATIVIDADE INOVATIVA PELO MERCADO: UMA REVISÃO DE ESCOPO

O objetivo deste estudo é identificar em que medida os direitos de propriedade intelectual favorecem a apropriação da atividade inovativa no mercado e as lacunas existentes no processo. Através da revisão sistemática de escopo a partir da consulta às bases Scopus e Web of Science, foi realizada a análise dos artigos recuperados com extração e tratamento dos dados. Foram analisados 112 artigos primários e respondidas questões relativas a visão dos DPIs encontrada na literatura, seu papel e influência frente a atividade inovativa e um olhar contemporâneo, considerando a entrada de novos players no mercado competitivo e a mudança do paradoxo para a inovação aberta.
