VIABILIDADE DA ADEQUAÇÃO DAS STARTUPS À LEI GERAL DE PROTEÇÃO DE DADOS – LGPD

Abstract
With the enactment of the General Data Protection Law, the need to adapt to the rights of holders of personal data has become urgent, however, the lack of regulation on how the application of the law would be proposed to small companies, micro companies and, as In the present study, startups bring some challenges to the implementation of a data protection integrity program. As a study method, an exploratory research of a qualitative nature was used. The study analyzes the possibilities available in the consulting market, which through implementation carried out by an internal consultant, hired by a vesting contract, concluding that this would be more economically viable, with some remaining objectives: a) appoint a data protection officer from among the partners; b) definition of the legal bases of treatment; c) data flow production and data mapping; and, d) final recommendations for adequacy. In this way, the consequent initial adaptation to the LGPD was obtained as a result.
