A VISÃO SISTÊMICA EM APOIO A DECISÃO:
UM ENSAIO PARA CONTEXTUALIZAÇÃO
Abstract
The purpose of this work(or essay) is to present the use of systemic vision as a strategic and decision making tool. The text addresses conceptual questions about systemic view, decision making and criticality. Issues such as strategy, business environment analysis, micro and macroenvironment, and perspective scenarios are presented. The discussion about the VUCA environment (volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous) in systemic view is also addressed, highlighting its dynamism and flexibility by creating multiple (and new) business prospects. Finally, the integralizing view is presented, showing the importance of decision making where the total is greater than the sum of the parts. Thus, it is observed that the use of systemic vision enables more assertive models for decision making.
